RAGtime Workshops and Seminars

Research Centre for Computational Physics and Data Processing, together with Insitute of Physics and The Research Centre of Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics are organising the annual RAGtime Workshop and series of seminars and small workshops at the Silesian University in Opava. 

The scientific focus of the workshops is devoted mainly to problems of relativistic physics of compact objects, numerical simulations of accretion disks and observational high-energy astrophysics. 

RAGtime Workshops

RAGtime workshops have been held since 1999 by the Relativistic Astrophysics Group (RAG), usually as a week-long autumn meetings in Opava, Czech Republic. The Proceedings of RAGtime have been published regularly by the organisers and it is listed in the SCOPUS database.

RAGtime Seminars

Occasional short workshops and seminars in Opava, devoted to wide spectrum of topics, from theoretical physics or numerical simulations to applied physics and computational methods.
